About

I have been an Enterprise and Coffee County resident since 1991, being station at Fort Novosel. Following retirement from the Army in 1998 I was proud to call Enterprise my home. My wife, Jan, is nearly a lifelong resident of the Coffee County. We have 5 children and 12 grandchildren.

I chose to become involved in real estate that I might help home buyers and sellers navigate the process in a way that I would want someone to help me. A home is most likely the largest purchase one will ever make, and I will ensure each buyer and seller that I work with feels they are being treated with respect, dignity, honesty, and are being fully cared for.

I have an undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Sciences and a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership, along with graduate studies in psychology, public administration, and of course studies in real estate. I look forward to putting all of my educational and real-world experience to work for you!

Niki Segall has been a licensed Realtor since 2014. Her husband, David, is a local builder in the area and has been building for 11 years. Niki has ” been around ” the construction sites from the ground up for years.
