Peter my husband  and best friend retired from the Safety Center here at Ft. Rucker. We arrived in Enterprise in 1994, built our first home, and I went to work for a custom builder. I got my Real Estate license at that time but continued my career in new construction. Long story short… That experience put me where I am today, the proud owner of Team Linda Simmons. I love my job!

We have three grown children, two sons, a daughter, 11 grandchildren, and 5 adorable great grands that keep us busy in our spare time.

Born into the adventurous life of an army brat, I found my home when my father retired in Enterprise, Alabama back in 1994. Embracing the sense of place and community and following in my mother’s footsteps, I ventured into the world of real estate in 2009, quickly finding my passion. By 2011, I had earned my Broker’s license, paving the way for a fulfilling journey as the Qualifying Broker for Team Linda Simmons Real Estate.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I cherish my role as a devoted mother to three wonderful children—two sons and a daughter. Time has graced me with the honor of being a proud grandmother to two precious souls, Mariah (3) and my oldest son’s newest addition, Brayden. My journey in real estate has not only been a career but a calling. Witnessing the transformative power of home ownership and investment has been my greatest satisfaction. There’s truly nothing more rewarding than guiding individuals and families towards their dreams of a place to call their own.

I was born and raised in Enterprise and graduated from Enterprise High School in 2001. After graduation I attended Enterprise State Junior College on a Fine Arts Scholarship, where I received my Associate’s Degree in Arts and Science. I transferred to Auburn University and majored in Business Management. I graduated from Auburn in 2005 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

In 2006 I returned to Enterprise to work for a local real estate company doing information technology work and website design. I received my real estate license in April and immediately began selling property. Since then I have closed over 300 transactions in existing homes, new construction, custom built homes, lots/land, multifamily dwellings, investment and commercial properties. I have been around real estate the majority of my life and love what I do. I truly enjoy assisting people achieve the “American Dream”. My goal is to serve customers and clients with knowledge, hard work, and integrity.

I have extensive training and experience in computer science and use that to benefit my clients. As a Buyer’s agent I will search to find any information you desire and get it to you in the most accommodating manner. As a Seller’s agent I will market your property aggressively and provide unbeatable market exposure. My Real Estate Designations include eBuyer, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and more. I continue to research new ways to represent my clients on a higher level.

I enjoy spending time with my wife, Lauren, and two daughters. I am also a Deacon and Life Group leader at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Enterprise.

I have always been in the area, my family moved from Dothan to Enterprise when I was six years old.  I have four daughters, one grandson, and one granddaughter that are all wonderful and fun.
